1 tsp salt
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of ginger
Vegtables: 2 pounds of carrots (4.5 cups)
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 green peppers (bell) (2.5 cups)
1 tbsp of aldi vegetable oil
the pineapple from the can ( 1 slice in halve)
Chicken 32 oz cooked (4 oz for each serving)
Rice 3/4 cups for each serving
