*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Pineapple Juice, .5 cup (about - whatever is drained out of can)
Corn Starch, .125 cup

Here is how you make sweet and sour chicken thighs:

In a large non stick pan, place the thighs so they are all flat. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. Saute for a couple of minutes, and then turn over. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine soy sauce, juice from the pineapple and corn starch. Blend till dissolved and set aside. After chicken has sauted on both sides, dump chopped veggies on top and ginger. Pick up one thigh and cut it into bite sizes on a cutting board, then return to pan. Continue until all chicken is cut up. Pour soy mixture over chicken and veggies. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through. Let sit for 5 minutes.
