Here is how you make Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Salald:

In small saute pan, heat tomatoes and artichoke hearts through(no need to add oil to pan because the tomatoes will have plenty). In side bowl, mix chicken, yogurt, cheese, salt and pepper until the chicken breaks apart. after the tomatoes and artichokes are heated add to chicken mixture and combine. While pan is hot, open french roll and place in left over oils to toast and soak up that flavor.
