Here is how you make Chicken and Veggie Meal Prep:

1. Preheat oven to 220C. 2. Cut sweet potato into cubes and place in 1 corner of oven tray. Cut Brussel sprouts in half and place in 1 corner of oven tray. Slice carrot and place in 1 corner of oven tray. Separate broccoli into florets in the remaining corner of oven tray. 3. Place chicken breasts on baking paper. Coat chicken with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and pepper, 1 tbsp rosemary and thyme. Wrap paper around chicken and place in the centre of baking tray with veggies. 4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
