Here is how you make Chicken/Veggie Stuffed Pita:

Makes one serving.I choose to bake my chicken, light olive oil so it doesn't stick to the pan. Season to liking, I put on some pepper. One the chicken is done, cut it up into small square pieces. You cut up your bell pepper while your chicken is cooking, I like my raw, but im sure cooked would be great too.
