Makes 4 6 inch 1. Slice Chicken Breast, about 1/4 inch thick. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste2. Grate Carrots, mince Celery3. Mix Carrots and Celery, spices, Eggs and Gram Flour together. Add enough water to make a thick batter. Let sit for 10 minutes before using. 3. Melt Butter in a frying pan. Cook Chicken over medium heat until lightly browned.4. Heat another Pan for Tostadas. Add 1/4 tbsp Olive Oil.Put one 1/4 of batter in the pan. It will be thick. Use a spoon to smooth the batter into a circle about 6 inch across. Cook until firm, about 5 minutes. 5.
