The ingredients for Asian Chicken and Veggies Bowl are:

2 cups Organic fat free, low sodium chicken broth
0.5 cup water
Diced cooked roasted chicken 6 ozs
Diced celery 1 cup
Diced peppers 0.5 cup (whatever color you like or have handy)
Diced garlic 3 cloves
Diced Ginger 2 Tbsps
Sliced Baby Bok Choy 3 stalks
Sliced scallions 2 medium
Diced cilantro 3 Tbsps
Chili paste 1 Tbsp

Use above ingredients in whatever quantity you like.
put garlic and ginger in pot with the broth and water, heat on medium for about 6-8 minutes, turn down heat to low and add vegetables except scallions and cilantro, put heat on low for about 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and turn off heat and let sit. Chicken is already cook and just needs to heat up in broth. You don't want to overcook veggies, just wilt and soften. Pour into soup bowl and garnish with scallions and cilantro. Serve with rice crackers if you like.
