1 15.5 oz can Goya Black Beans
1 Medium Onion (diced)
2 Tablespoons Hormel Crumbled Real Bacon Bits
Pam Cooking Spray
Reduced Fat Sour Cream or Shredded Cheese (Optional)


How Do I Make Michelle's Spicy Black Bean Chili?

Here is how you make Michelle's Spicy Black Bean Chili:

1. Peel and dice onion. Saute onions (medium heat) in large skillet using Pam Cooking spray. Let onions get a little brown for fuller flavor.2. Add Goya Black Beans including all liquid from the beans to the onions. Once beans begin to boil, reduce heat.3. Prepare Morningstar Farm Patties according to package directions. Chop into bite-size chunks and add to bean/onions. Also pour in bacon bits. Stir well and cover for about 15 minutes on low heat. When mixture thickens, the chili is done.4. Divide into two servings.
