* 0.15 cup olive oil
* 2 tsp Chinese Hot Chili Sauce
* 1 tbsp ground cumin seed
* 2 tsp fresh garlic diced
* Salt to Taste

* In a medium to large pot, heat oil and add garlic and shallots* Sautee until shallots are soft* Add cumin, chili sauce and tomatoes, cover and reduce heat so mixture simmers - cook for about 20 minutes* Add ground beef and chicken and stir until well mixed* Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until both meats look cooked through* Add beans and bell pepper, stir thoroughly, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes or more to let the flavours meld. * The longer you can let it cook, the better it will taste, but keep the heat low or it will get too dry; if required, add a little bit of water to desired consistency, but not too much or flavours will wash out!
