1 lb lean ground meat of your choice ( I used chicken)
2 15oz cans pinto beans
2 15oz cans kidney beans
1/2 diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 15oz can whole peed tomatoes
1 29oz can tomato puree
1/4 cup diced green pepper (you can use more if you like, that was just all I had on hand.)
2 cups water
2 tsp cumin
3 tsp chili powder (I used 1 tsp for a milder flavor)
2 tsp salt

Here is how you make South Beach Chili:

Brown Ground chicken in a skillet until cooked through.Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.Add chicken and all other ingredients to slow cooker and stir until well mixed.
