Empty the vermicelli into a bowl big enough for it to lay in. Cut the cotton off and discard. Cover vermicelli with just enough boiling water and leave to soften.Cook the pork and when its about a minute away from being cooked, add the garlic.Drain the vermicelli and add to the meat.
