How Do I Make Chickpea Cookies?

Here is how you make Chickpea Cookies:

Beat sugar, margarine, add egg whites(I've used a flax seed mixture for egg substitute to make egg free as well) and vanilla. Beat in chickpeas, then add flour, oats, chocolate chips, baking soda and salt and mix well. Spoon by teaspoon and flatten on cookie sheet.
