3/4 tsp salt

Here is how you make Confetti Couscous:

Soak the raisins in 1/2 cup warm water and set aside. In a non-stick skillet, cook the onion and bell pepper in the oil until just soft. Add the garlic and cook just until fragrant. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the couscous, chickpeas, cilantro, lemon peel, cinnamon, turmeric and salt to the bowl. Toss well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
