Then, stick the 1st butter side down into a frying pan, at about medium heat. Next, spread out your 1/2 cup of cheese onto the tortilla shell already in the pan. Make sure the cheese isn't too close to the edges so that it doesn't melt off the edges and burn. Then, tear the chicken/turkey into little pieces and sprinkle it on top of the cheese. Next, put your remaining cheese on to the chicken, place the 2nd tortilla shell on, butter side up, and let it sizzle about 30 seconds, and flip once golden brown. Make sure your flame isn't too high, or it will burn before the cheese is melted. While it is on the pan, get out a dinner plate and set the lettuce in a ring on the very outside. Do this with the tomatoes, too. Once your quesidilla is golden brown, move it from the pan to your plate, so that it lies in the middle of the lettuce/tomatoes. Cut it into 8 pieces with a pizza cutter, and put salsa in the middle. It makes 2 servings of 4 pieces each.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JENIQUAWITHONEN.What's The Nutritional Info For Crispy Quesidillas? The nutritional information for Crispy Quesidillas is:
