Cook sausage links. Meanwhile, lay slices of tomato in bottom of a glass pan. Cut sausage into coin slices, scatter on top of tomato. Add cheese, and seasonings, to taste. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl, pour over top of sausage mixture. Place glass pan inside a larger glass pan, and pour enough water in large pan to come almost halfway up the side of the small glass pan.
