1 med onion, diced
1 med carrot, diced
1 medium potato, diced
1 stick celery diced
1 cup shredded cabbage

2 tsp med curry powder
4 cups water
2 tablespoons medium grain rice, or quinoa, or couscous
1 pkt dutch curry and rice soup
2 Tbs flour mixed in 1/2 cup cold water

Method1. Put all the ingredients except the sausages into the large inner pot and bring slowly to the boil. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring.2. Thicken with the flour mixed into 1/2 cup of water, if necessary.3. Meanwhile, brown the halved sausages in a frypan. Add to the thickened vegetable mix.4.
