15 oz can of garbanzo beans drained
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
5 gloves of garlic
1 small onion
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
pepper to taste
oil for frying

Here is how you make Falafel:

in food processor finely chop parsley, cilantro, onion and garlic then add beans. Mix thoroughly, and then add spices and mix again. Remove to bowl and add flour and baking powder. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Heat oil and fry small patties or balls. Pat well with paper towel. Serve on pita bread with your choice of veggies and cucumber yogurt sauce.. as just eat as a snack plain..
