Mix thoroughly, and then add spices and mix again. Remove to bowl and add flour and baking powder. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Heat oil and fry small patties or balls. Pat well with paper towel. Serve on pita bread with your choice of veggies and cucumber yogurt sauce.. as just eat as a snack plain..
