Here is how you make CRAB CAKES, LOW FAT:

Heat a non stick pan on medium high heat and spray with non stick spray. Add celery and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.Add crab, ground bay leaf and mustard and heat through. Take pan off burner and drizzle the juice of one wedge of lime and mix. Let stand aside to cool.In a bowl place black beans and mash with a fork until smooth. Add oat bran, egg and cooled crab mixture and blend/mix together.Place non stick pan back on burner at medium high heat and spray non stick spray.With a large spoon, drop a heaping spoonful of crab mixture into pan and press down and shape into a patty. Repeat until all of the mixture is used.Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and firm.(Dressing Tip: 2 tbsp. dijon mustard, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. honey or sugar substitute.
