Here is how you make No Fat Crab Cakes:

combine cracker crumbs, bread crumbs, Old Bay, salt & pepper, set aside; prepare Deb El egg whites as directed on can; whisk with parsley mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, water & green onion, mix with dry ingredients, then carefully add crab, mix gently to avoid breaking crab lumps, form 6 tight balls, refrigerate 1 hr. remove from fridge after 1 hr, press into patties, then cook in 3 tbs vegetable oil, 6 mins each side.serve with my roasted red pepper sauce (see recipe) or for fewer calories, Trader Joe's Red Pepper Spread as shown in foto above...Yield = 6 crab cakes 2 per servingNumber of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JUDIMOON.
