Here is how you make Fish Fillet with burnt Garlic:

Take 2 fillets of fresh pink salmon and marinate it for an hour in 1tsp pepper powder, a dash of salt , a squeeze of lime. Once you've added the pepper, salt n lime, finely chop the basil leaves and thyme and add them to the marinade. While your fish is marinating finely chop 4 cloves of garlic and sautee them in a drop of olive oil till they turn brown. Keep aside. When your hour is up, heat a frying pan with 1tsp Olive oil and put the fish in it. Put the lid on and check occassionally. Turn the fillets when done on one side.
