Drain, stir in 4 Tbsp of the Country Crock spread and set aside.Saute onions and celery in 2 Tbsp of the Country Crock spread in cover medium heat for 10 minutes until transparent.Brown beef, draining if necessary, until it begins to get "crunchy." Stir in the onions, celery, all the tomatoes, green beans and carrots. Add 1 tsp. salt, chili powder and black pepper.
