Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.In a nice skillet, on medium heat, slowly saute the sweet onions in 1 TBS olive oil. When the onions just start to brown, add the lamb, stir. Press the garlic and add to the lamb/onion mixture. Add the drained garbanzo beans, 1 tsp oregano, sea salt and pepper to taste, stir. Sprinkle 1 tsp (or more if desired) cinnamon.
