How Do I Make Lentils?

Here is how you make Lentils:

Boil the lentils in 2 cups of water and 1 tsp salt, until soft. Fry the chopped onion in the olive oil, until light brown. Add the fresh chopped garlic/garlic powder, and fry for another minute. Add the cooked lentils, tomato ketchup and cilantro, and cook until well done. You may add a little water or stock if desired.
