Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add onions and saute 1-3 min.Add carrots and celery and saute 5 minutes.Add broth, water, V8 and wine. bring to a boil.add the rest of the ingredients, except pasta.let simmer for 30-40 minutes.Place 1/2 cup of pasta in your bowl.
