Pressure cook Moong dal with snake gourd, salt and turmeric in 3-4 cups of water. Turn off after 1 whistle.Heat 4 tbsp oil and add hing, cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp green chillis (chopped)When onions are transparent, added chopped tomatoes and cook until oil seperates. Add red chilli powder & dhanya powder.
