10.5 oz can cream mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 tsp salt

1 1/2 lb seafood (crab classic imitation crab 8 oz. & 4 oz can chicken of the sea medium shrimp)
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 cup potato, peeled and cubed
2 tblsp cornstarch
1 cup evaporated milk

Here is how you make Seafood Mushroom Chowder:

In large saucepan cook onions and peppers in oil. Add cream of mushroom soup, water, mushrooms, salt, thyme, seafood (not shrimp) and vegetables. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp and potatoes. Cook until potatoes done. Combine cornstarch and evaporated milk and stir into chowder. Cook over low heat until thickened.
