Place olive oil in a 9 inch skillet or omelet pan on medium heat then add onions & bell peppers & onion. Saute until onions are translucent and peppers are soft. Pour in egg mixture then add mushrooms & bacon bits.Add cheese and cover - lower heat.Cook 14 min or until it can easily have a spatula slide under one side to flip in half and center in the pan.
