1.Place beef, onion, carrots, celery, and tomatoes into a large pot. Simmer for about 10 minutes until beef is browned.2.Drain and rinse beans. Add to pot.3.Add stock, seasonings, and spaghetti sauce. Simmer until veggies are tender (about 45 minutes). (I put mine in the slow cooker after about half an hour because I had to leave and it was done 3 hours later.)4.Cook macaroni separately and add just before serving.
