Here is how you make Armenian Pizza:

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl except for the tortillas.Vigorously mix all ingredients by hand till everything is evenly distributed into the ground beef.Now take a scoopof 1.5 ounces of the meat mixture and spread it on the tortilla. Press and evenly distribute the mix unto the totilla. Repeat this on 12 flour tortillas placing 3 tortillas on cookie trays. place 12 tortillas on 4 cookie trays then in 400 degree oven and bake for 8 minutes.
