Melt in microwave for about 1 minute. You may need to do it for an additional 40 secs if it is still stringy.Add in 1 beaten egg to that mixture and mix well. Add your seasonings like Italian seasonings,garlic and a pinch of salt. Now add the almond flour and mix together so that it forms a ball. Take a piece of parchment paper and lay it on the pan. Noe spread the dough out. Lay another piece of parchment over it and begin rolling the dough out until it covers the entire pan. Once it does bake in the oven at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Occasionally check on the dough and pierce any bubbles with a knife. When it looks like and toasty take out of oven. Add sauce and 1/2 cheese and bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
