Here is how you make Greek Cracker Pizza:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Slice onion and saute in hot olive oil over medium heat, stir occasionally. While the onion cooks, spread on your wrap or tortilla the pizza sauce and pesto. Add cheeses and spinach. With artichokes, cut off all of the leafy ends and cube into quarter inch pieces. Spread over pizza. Onions should be turning brown by now, add that to the top of the pizza.
