Chop the ham finely. Clean the bell peppers and onion and chop very finely.DOUGH:Crumble the yeast in a large bowl and add the lukewarm water. Mix well till the yeast is dissolved.Add salt and oil.Mix in 3 / 4 of the flour. Take the dough out onto a table and knead the rest of the flour in.Knead flour very well. Roll the dough out to a square (ca. 35x40cm).Spread the puree mixture on the dough and distribute ham, bell pepper and onion evenly on top. Roll the pizza to a roll.Cut out into 20 pieces and lay flat on parchment paper. Let raise for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.Bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.(PS.
