Here is how you make Tofu with Mushrooms, Ground Pork and Shrimps:

Soak the Mushrooms in warm water. Cut the tofu into cubes. Mix the brown sauce mixture well and set aside. Chopped up the garlic (finely) and green onions.Heat up the wok and add canola oil. Add garlic and stir fry till light brown. Next add in the ground pork, shrimp and mushroom. Stir fry to break the ground pork into smaller lumps, then follow by the tofu. Do a quick stir before adding the brown sauce mixture. Gently stir fry the tofu and bring sauce to boil.
