Here is how you make Portabella Rhubens:

Preheat oven to 350.Spray baking dish with cooking oil spray. Wash mushroom caps, dry, and carefully remove stems. Place gill side up in prepared baking dish.Spread 1 1/2 T. Thousand Island dressing on each mushroom. Distribute 2 oz sliced corned beef on each mushroom. Drain saurkraut and divide amoung the 4 mushroom caps.
