1 can Hunt's Diced Tomato
1/2 medium onion (sweet) chopped
Oregano, parsley, black pepper
2 cups cheese, 2 cup (remove)


How Do I Make Bueno Portabello Parmegiana?

Here is how you make Bueno Portabello Parmegiana:

1. Saute' de onion in olive oil and add the diced tomatoes to them and let it simmer. Add a bit of sugar to cut the acid, some salt and oregano to taste.Reserve.2. Wash and slice the mushroom caps top to bottom to show the shape of it. Saute the slices in a skillet with the olive oil and garlic.3. Pour some of the tomato sauce at the bottom of a 9 x 11 cooking pan and make a layer of Mushrrom, some more sauce and spread 1 cup of the shredded cheese on top and then sauce on top of it.4. Make another layer of mushroom and cover with the thick sauce made with diced tomatoes. Cover with Cheese and put in the oven (350F)3.
