How Do I Make Baked Potato Wedges?

Here is how you make Baked Potato Wedges:

-Cover baking pan with aluminum foil & place in cold oven.-Set oven to 475 degrees.-Wash potatoes & place them in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.-Let potatoes cool until your able to touch them.-Cut potatoes into wedges.-Place in bowl & coat with 1 tbs Olive Oil.-Season with 1/2-1tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt, 1/2-1ts Black Pepper & 1/2-1tsp dried Basil.-Toss to coat.-With oven mit remove baking pan.-Spray with Pam cooking spray.-Place Potato Wedges in a single layer on tray.-Place them into the oven for 15 minutes.-After 15 minutes, take out & flip the wedges.-Return to oven & raise to 500 degrees for the remainder of cooking 5-10 minutes.Makes two nice size servings or four small.Enjoy!Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SWEETIEMEMOIRS.
