1 cup onion chopped
1 tbsp imitation bacon bits
1 package Spinach, frozen, (10 oz)
2 cups liquid egg substitute
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 frozen, ready-to-bake 9" Pie crust
1 cup imitation crab
4 oz shredded swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Crab Quiche Florentine:

Preheat oven to 350 degreesHeat olive oil in fry pan. Add onions, bacon bits, and spinach and saute until onions are tender, about 4-5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let it cool. Meanwhile add milk and egg substitute along with both shredded cheeses into bowl large enough to hold all ingredients. Break-up imitation crab into bite-size. and add to egg mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add spinach mixture, blend and pour into pie crust.
