What Are The Ingredients For Quiche Slimmed Down Recipe?The ingredients for Quiche Slimmed Down are: 1 9" frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed slightly5 eggs, one separated 1 1/2 cups evaporated non fat milk 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup grated carrots 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccli 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms Salt and Pepper to taste How Do I Make Quiche Slimmed Down?Here is how you make Quiche Slimmed Down: Separate one egg. Beat the yolk and coat the bottom of one thawed 9" deep dish pie shell. Bake the pie shell at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.Whisk the remaining four eggs and egg white and the evaporated non fat milk together. Refrigerate until ready to use.Heat a saute pan and add 1 Tbsp of butter. When the butter is melted and done foaming add the onions. Saute until the onions are soft and turning brown. Add the carrots and broccli, mixing well with the onions. Cook until vegetables are just starting to soften about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook just until liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and cool.Spread vegetable mixture over the bottom of the cooled pie shell. Sprinkel the shredded cheese over the vegetables. Pour custard mixture over the vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximatley 60 minutes.
