How Do I Make Meatless Red Beans and Rice?

Here is how you make Meatless Red Beans and Rice:

Spray frying pan with non fat spray. Fry down Onions and Bell Peppers which have been chooped coursly . Add finely choppedgGalic after onion have carmalized. At the same time add beans to boiling water and boil for ten minutes after thay have returned to a rolling boil. Drain water from pot and replace water to just aove the beans. Add Onions, bell pepper, Garlic and the remainder of the ingredients. Bring to boil then lower to a simmer. Mash some of the beans in the pot.Serve over the prparded Brown Rice.
