Start the rice cooking (2 c water to 1 c rice) Brown the onions and ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings (I use garlic powder and onion powder) in a good-sized fry pan or wok; When beef is fully cooked, add the veggies and stir/cook until just heated through. Add the rice and stir to mix thoroughly. At this stage I often add some celery salt for the aroma. Serving Size:?Makes 4-5 servings
