How Do I Make Sambar Rice?

Here is how you make Sambar Rice:

Cut Cabbage intp long pieces.Put loive oil in the cooker and once it heats up.put in the cabbage.Leave for about 2 minutes.Then add the Sambar (Curry) powder ) ,Turmeric and Jeera Powder.(if present).Let the spices cook.Then put in the frozen beans and broccoli.Let it cook for about 2 minutes.Then add the rice and lentils(Wash both before doing so) .Let it cook for 3 whistles.If doing on a stove top, let it cook till the lentils soften. Add 5 cups of water.
