Begin by placing gizzards in medium size skillet and brown lightly over medium heat. Prepare gravy mixture using flour and chicken broth stir or shake until flour is completely mixed, no lumps (may add small amount of milk to mixture if needed to dissolve flour) when ready add flour mixture to gizzards over medium-low heat and stir until smooth then add frozen veggies and cover lower heat and simmer, adding milk to keep gravy smooth and fluid, until veggies are tender.
