*Frozen shrimps (100 grams)
*Fresh tomatos ( 1 cup chopped)
*Mozzarella (just a little bit, 20 grams)
*Garlic
*Fresh lemon juice - 1dcl
*Chilli spice
*Butter (5 grams)


How Do I Make Easy Rice shrimps?

Here is how you make Easy Rice shrimps:

While rice is cooking (I usually put in water some salt and basil), put just a little bit of butter in pan, when its heated add some garlic and after few minutes add shrimps and cover the pan for app 10 minutes, stir couple of times. Add lemon juice and chill spice or any other spices that you like and tomatos. Cook for a minute or two then add rice, cover it and cook for another 5 minutes. When is done put some mozarella on it and serve with fresh salad.TIPS: I usually put shrimps in boilling water for a minute before putting them in pan (to minimize the smell, I don't like it).
