Here is how you make Ten Minute Vegetarian Fried Rice:

Cook brown rice according to package directions, adding bullion to the cooking water. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute tofu until lightly brown on all sides (about five minutes) add veggies and continue to saute until tender and heated through. Add brown rice to pan and mix everything together. Push everything in the pan to one side and scramble the egg on the other side. Once egg is fully cooked, incorporate it into the rice mixture and sprinkle with five spice, curry and soy sauce.
