How Do I Make Mexican-chinesse rice?

Here is how you make Mexican-chinesse rice:

-Place rice to cook as usual (its way better if you use previusly cooked and already cold rice)-Dice Celery and onions (better w/ green onion or red) dont mix, set aside. -Shreed carrots and mix with celeryc-Stir fry onions with olive oil, after few minutes add celery and carrots and Sitr Fry sauce (Use one tbsp of soy sauce and one of oyster sauce if you dont have this), add almonds. -Add frozen veggies and mix well, cover for 5 minutes. Once they are half cooked remove from fire-In another pan grill the chicken in stripes (no salt), once ready cut in smalls cubes.-In the pan where you cooked the vegetables mix them with the chicken, let mix for a couple of min-Add the rice and mix well, cover and let it cook for another 5 min.-Serve and enjoy!Makes about 2.5 to 3 servings-Number of Servings: 2.5Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PRECIADOMIREYA.
