Place eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cool water until about 1/2 an inch above the eggs. Bring to boil uncovered on medium heat. Remove pot from heat and cover. Remain covered for 18 minutes. Slowly add cool water to pot under faucet until the temperatue of the egg water is evenly cool. Allow eggs to cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients or for about 20 minutes.May need to add more paprika to taste.
