6 TBSP Light Mayo or Miracle whip (about 1T per egg)

Here is how you make Jenn's Egg Salad:

Slice eggs, remove yoke. Dice the egg whites. Place yoke in a small bowl. In the small bowl with yolks, smash the yolks with a fork until a mash starts to form. Add the mustard. Mix together.In a bowl with the whites, add the Mayo. Add your celery and peppers and Relish. (Relish and peppers can be added to taste, if you want more, add more, if you want less add less!)Mix the yolk mixture with the white mixture. Voila! you have yummy egg salad!
