1 cup shelled edamame, cooked according to package instructions
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 bunch kale (about 10 oz), stemmed, chopped & steamed
salt to taste (1 tsp in nutrition info)

Here is how you make Bulgar and Greens Salad:

To cook bulgar: place 1 cup raw bulgar in medium mixing bowl, add one cup boiling water. Stir and allow to soak 20-30 minutes until fully absorbed, fluff with a fork.To cook Kale: Remove stems and chop into bite size pieces. Will be very bulky, but cooks down quickly. Add to large cook pot with steamer tray and water filled to just under steamer tray. Allow to steam for 3-5 minutes until tender and easy to chew but still bright green.Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl along with dressing of your choice.
