1/4 onion, diced

1/2 tsp lite soy sauce

1/2 tsp oregano

Here is how you make Savory Tahini Pork Salad:

Wash the lettuce and shred or chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Slice the pork chop into thin strips; set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium-heat; add onions and garlic and saute gently for about 3 minutes. When onion is beginning to turn translucent, incorporate 1 tbsp tahini. Add meat to the developing sauce; add cumin, chili powder, and oregano to taste (I added a little more chili powder later). Add soy sauce and stir well.
