What Are The Ingredients For Healthier "Potato Salad" Recipe?The ingredients for Healthier "Potato Salad" are: 4 Large Hard boiled eggs, diced300g Boiled Cauliflower (can use bag of cauliflower florets), Cut into small pieces 50g Celery, cut into small pieces 50g Onions (can use green onions as well), cut into small pieces 4 tbsps Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayonnaise 1 tsp Seasoning Salt (your preference - I used Compliments) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Black Pepper (or more if desired) 1 tbsp Parsley (I used Litehouse Freeze-dried) 1 tbsp Dill Weed (I used Litehouse Freeze-dried) How Do I Make Healthier "Potato Salad"?Here is how you make Healthier "Potato Salad": Steam cauliflower florets until tender-crisp; drain and place in bowl in fridge to cool down. Place eggs in a large saucepan. Cover them with cool water by 1 inch. Slowly bring water to a boil, when water is boiled turn off the heat. Leave the eggs on the stove, with a lid for 10-12 minutes. Transfer eggs to a colander; place under cool running water to stop the cooking. Peel eggs and put them in the freezer for approx. 5 minutes to cool down. Dice eggs and add to cauliflower; add onion, Celery, and mayonnaise and mix well. Add all of your seasoning.
